The Role: You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business and be passionate about talent! You’ll search and attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Create recruiting strategies and build key relationships to strengthen your business network within CODA's chosen markets.

Business Development Partner - Client Acquisition- Remote Working - Any Location
CODA People: We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and energetic people person to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be solution focused, innovative and think outside of the box. You will love speaking and connecting to professionals within CODA's growing network. You will be an active member of our online community, using it to explore business opportunities for CODA driving growth and leading in your sector. All you need is the right mindset, good internet connection and the drive to succeed.
The Role: It's a commercial business sales role and will report to the Co-Founders of CODA Talent. The Business Development Partner will have a deep understanding of the industry and their market. You will also be familiar with key specialization markets for CODA Talent, namely Technology, Education & Healthcare with Business Development and Sales experience at regional or global level. You will be integral in establishing CODA's further market share. Creative ideas, thought leader status and a good sense of humor is also a must!
