With over 10 years working in the Education industry in the UK Coleen made the move to Dubai to begin her international career. After relocating with her family, her introduction to the global market with a local company in Dubai really opened her eyes to the importance of ethics and transparency in the market she worked in.
With that came the concept of CODA Talent group and the absolute need for a company like it within the international Education Sector.
